Terms and Conditions for the Van Gogh Tribute Art Prize & Publication

  1. Registration Fee: Participants are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee to enter the Van Gogh Tribute Art Prize & Publication. The registration fee amount is € 125 Euros. This fee is payable upon registration and is not refundable under any circumstances. Deadline for Registration: September 15, 2024

  2. Eligibility: All artists and participants must adhere to the eligibility criteria outlined on the official event website. ICM Gestora Cultural reserves the right to delete any registration that does not meet these criteria. If a registration is deleted due to non-compliance, the registration fee will be refunded in full.

  3. Publication Copy: Please note that the registration fee does not include a copy of the publication. Copies of the book can be purchased separately through our official channels.

  4. Submission of Artwork: All submitted artworks must adhere to the guidelines and specifications detailed on the event website. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their submissions meet these requirements.

  5. Included in the Registration Fee:
    With your nomination, you receive numerous benefits that extend beyond the competition itself:

    • Nomination to the Awards: Your artwork will be considered for the Van Gogh Tribute Art Prize.

    • 1 x Full Page Feature in the "Van Gogh Tribute" Book: Your work will be featured in a prestigious publication distributed worldwide, ensuring your art reaches a broad and diverse audience.

    • Digital Online Catalogue Feature: Your artwork will be included in an online catalog, further expanding its visibility and accessibility.

  6. Intellectual Property: By submitting artwork to the Van Gogh Tribute Art Prize & Publication, participants grant ICM Gestora Cultural the non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, and display the submitted artwork in connection with the event and its promotional materials. The artist retains the copyright to their work.

  7. Publication Date: The publication of the book is scheduled for November 2024. Participants will be notified of the publication date and details of how to obtain a copy.

  8. Disqualification: ICM Gestora Cultural reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions, engages in unethical behavior, or submits plagiarized or copyrighted material without permission.

  9. Modification of Terms: ICM Gestora Cultural reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at its discretion. Participants will be notified of any changes, and the most recent version of the terms will be posted on the official event website.
